We actually had Lawn doctor recommended to us from a trusted friend and I couldn't be happier. They have been Fantastic to work with from the time I called, the service rendered, the follow up care, answering questions and giving advice and options without pressuring me to purchase or do anything more than what I want. They even sent out a tree and shrub expert at no additional cost as we had questions on reviving some trees and shrubs and planting others around the yard. She also gave suggestions and advice on where to plant all at no additional cost. So now we have a beautiful lawn that we can run around and play on. I absolutely loved my experience with the Lawn Doctor and will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to others. ~ Jenny B

Our yard looked so bad after a rough summer. Weeds we could not get rid of and our grass just would not grow. Ugly dead grass overcome with weeds, despite everything we could think of to try on our own...it was so bad infact that I had multiple lawn care companies tell me that there was nothing they could do for our yard. We love the Lawn Doctor! Our neighbors got web worm and grubs and our lawn was looking really bad. Lawn Doctor not only came out to do the treatments but they took the time to come back and check on us and explain to us what was happening with the lawn and what we could do in addition to the treatments. Our lawn got looking so lush and green that I had to keep the lawn doctor sign up so the neighbors wouldn't think we were over watering during the drought. When the snow melted this year, our lawn was very green and beautiful! We recommend Lawn Doctor for everyone! And we will most definitely use them again in the future! This summer we called Lawn Doctor back and they went to Preston to help my mom's lawn. She is 84 and felt like the lawn looks better than it has in a decade. So the guys from the Lawn Doctor came again today 6/10/24. I talked to the technician about a couple problem area's that the weeds love to grow. Both young men were very thorough about addressing my concerns. I keep leaving great reviews for the Lawn Doctor because they deserve them. I get great comments about my yard all the time from my neighbors, it's the help I get from the Lawn Doctor that makes the difference. So I just had the guy come to my home and blow out the sprinkler system. As we were talking he asked "How do you keep your lawn so nice, it looks like a golf ⛳ course." I said "I just mowed it". He said "No I mean how do you get it so green". I said " Oh that's because of the Lawn Doctor". They do such a good job. Anytime I have a concer they are right on it! Chad and his staff are amazing to work with. Not only does my lawn and planting beds look beautiful but they are so careful to schedule around my summer events, sending me a text telling me when they plan to come beforehand; if it doesn’t work I simply text back to reschedule. They always come when they say they will and leave a note on the door or a marker in the lawn after they are done. I’ve had some problems with the yard or trees and Chad has come out, told me what the problem was and ultimately it’s taken care of. I’ve tried several other lawn services in the valley and these guys are the best! They have been working for me for over a decade and I have no plans to switch! I was having a lot of problems with my lawn. Big weeds and a bunch of different kinds of weeds. I was getting embarrassed because I am picky about my lawn and didn’t want to be that neighbor. I called Lawn Doctor about 1 month ago. They came out and applied a weed application, Fertilizer and I also had them spray for spiders and bugs. All I can say is WOW!!! The lawn is a much deeper green. The weeds are either gone or dying off and being choked off by the grass and they even came out and sprayed for weeds between applications for free due to a few green weeds left. In my opinion this is the lawn I was trying to produce on my own but failing. Lawn Doctor has a customer for life. Wish I could give them 10 stars. ~ Jim W

Too long and don’t want to read all of this? Here’s the skinny: just get their service. You won’t be disappointed First and foremost with a lawn care company: does their product work? Yes. I have noticed a drastic decrease of weeds in my yard. I still get the occasional weed that pops up, but I would bet if I charted it out, it would be 99% effective. Meaning instead of 100 weeds in your yard, 99 die and 1 is left. That’s five stars in my book. Then the icing on the cake: the service. Whenever I have had ANY problem -OR- question about lawn care, be it a weed that is new that I’ve never seen before, a random brown spot in my yard, or a second opinion on the health of my trees, I just ask and the Lawn Doctor (Chad) diagnoses and prescribes a treatment WITH A SMILE on his face. A real pleasure to deal with. I wish more companies had a “customer first” attitude. ~ Scott A

I have had the Lawn Doctor maintain my lawn for quite a few years now. I am so impressed with the professional way they care for my yard. They also give me extra information as to whether or not I should water my lawn after an application or not, and to be cautious of animals or children within a certain amount of time after an application. They have some sweet person that texts me before each upcoming appointment to make sure there is no conflict with me. That person is so kind! They always wish me a happy afternoon! That is very much appreciated! Today when they came to spray, my lawn was wet, and got torn a little by one of their machines. They immediately came to tell me and what they would do to make it right. I was so impressed! I'm not sure if it was Tyler or Jared that serviced my lawn, but they were AWESOME! I have been using Lawn Doctor now for over five years. After 20 years of trying to do it by purchasing stuff from IFA and trying to remember to get it applied at the right times of the year I finally gave up. My mind is completely at ease since I signed up with Lawn Doctor. Everything needed to make my yard look healthy and pretty is done at the proper time of year. They call me ahead of time to set up an appointment and I am able to have my pets safely in the house when they arrive. I am always given written information about what has been done each time and notified of how long it will be before I can allow my dogs to safely be in the yard. We've been using Lawn Doctor for two seasons. I work from home 3 days a week and, weather permitting, I work in my backyard. For a while, I was being eaten alive and my wife refused to enjoy our backyard because it was torturous. I was about to switch to another company but decided to call Lawn Doctor to explain my problem. They offered a different product, at no extra cost, and sent Steve to the rescue. The product Steve uses is so effective not only am I able to work comfortably outside, my wife now enjoys the outside after many years. We are happy customers and love using our yard now. I am deathly allergic to dandelions and every year, for years, my sweet husband would try to dig them up before they bloomed. It seems he never could keep up, no matter how hard he tried. The Lawn Doctor is the best. They always call the day before to tell me they are coming. They guarantee their work and even if just a few weeds pop up in between sprayings, they come back and hit them. The girls who answer the phone are very nice and helpful. This summer we started to have a grub problem. We tried to spray it ourselves but it didn't work. I didn't want to have to pay to have the entire lawn done. They came out and hit only the spots that needed it and only charged me for that little section. Within a week my lawn was back to beautiful. My lawn looks AWESOME and the Lawn Doctor is the best!! Today I had another service done that I hadn’t had. They did a pest control spray. Brandon and Tanner were the BEST!!! We researched it more after my fertilizer spreader broke and I needed to buy a new one. We talked to our neighbors about Lawn Doctor. When they told us how good they were and we researched the cost of their service, we determined that we could have them do at about the same cost when we did our own. I called Chad after I was frustrated with the company I had been using for years. He came over the next day and walked the lawn with me. We discussed issues with my grass and the expectations I had for my property. He told me recommendations and we got started with a fertilizer and weed control program right away. After a few treatments, my lawn was the best looking lawn in the neighborhood! Chad and his staff are knowledgeable, polite, and really care about the job they do.They are really on top of what they do, I've already arranged my treatments for this spring and summer. Lawn Doctor is a great company with hard working employees, saving us time with our huge lawn area. We get Spurge weeds arriving via the secondary water system. The Lawn Doctor's service for fertilzer & weed control is outstanding. Their service helps our lawn stay green & they try to control our weeds in our lawn. Nothing can totally stop that "wicked" Spurge weed in lawns, gardens, & flowerbeds until secondary water companies find a better way to control the source of weed seeds from coming through the waterlines. Those who use culinary water have less weeds, but of course pay more for water. 5 stars for Lawn Doctor! ~ Kathy K

I love Lawn Doctor! My lawn is probably the prettiest in my subdivision. When they come, they are quick and I love that they pay special attention to the nasty weeds that are a pain in the rear to get rid of. I also love that if after 2 weeks from a treatment, the weeds in my lawn aren’t dying, they will come back out and hit them again at no charge. I also love their communication. Whether it’s be email or even a simple text, they are great at getting back to me. Also if an appointment time isn’t going to work for me, they are awesome about rescheduling! ~ Lesley O

We had webworm in our lawn so bad it looked like nearly the entire thing was dead. We were referred to Lawn Doctor by a neighbor who had the same problem 2 years earlier, so we decided to give it a try. We did the webworm treatment, weed treatment, and regular fertilizer routine. By the end of the first summer our lawn was completely recovered. This year, it's so thick, green, and lush that several visitors and neighbors have complemented the lawn and asked how we had recovered from the awful distress we had last year. I recently got upset with Lawn Doctor, (Read on to see how they handled this situation perfectly.) for the past 2 years I would never receive a paper invoice after the service was performed. So I would wait for the statement to come and then I would pay. But by then, I would have some late charges applied. And I would be all upset because I didn't receive the invoice until this statement. So I sent them a letter with a check for the late fees for the past 2 years and I told them I was upset and I needed to be receiving the invoices. They wrote back a very kind letter, accepted responsibility, explained to me that they were sending invoices to my wife's email the day of the service, AND THEY SENT ME THE CHECK BACK THAT i SENT TO THEM!!!! It was for 300 dollars too. So not a small amount. I was beyond impressed by this. I own a medium sized business and this was going above and beyond. They have my business for life now. Lawn Doctor has been great! My lawn has never looked so good. I tried multiple lawn care providers prior to Lawn Doctor and the results always left me disappointed. After one season with Lawn Doctor my lawn was green and healthy and I was watering less. They send a text prior to servicing so you always know when to expect them and paying your bill is simple with a link sent via email following the service. We have been using Lawn Doctor for 2 years and our lawn looks amazing! We had regular scheduled lawn care through the summer, watered and mowed less and let the grass clippings fall back onto the lawn. With that, our lawn did not ever look dead or overly dried out. It was an eye opener for us as we will be doing the same from now on. I think having a great lawn care professional is key and these guys do more than just spray stuff on the lawn.
